Marlin Timepieces International Warranty

is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by Marlin Timepieces under the terms and conditions of this warranty, for a period of 18 months from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers the following components: the watch movements, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service center) free of repair charges. A copy of the warranty card is required for proof of purchase.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

* case, crystal, strap or bracelet

* damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

* Note that water ingress is also not covered which is inline with other manufacturers.

Postage to us is paid by the watch owner.
